Currently the Artistic Director of i Sebastiani, Mr. Cross has been performing with the troupe since their first gathering. He frequently plays il Dottore (often a Doctor of Law), though he's played the lover and other parts on occasion. He lists his main comic influences as Danny Kaye and Jimmy Durante.

Mr. Cross has acted throughout his life, prominently appearing in Much Ado About Nothing, Knight of the Burning Pestle, and Mack and Mable, among many others, but his main professional focus has been writing and training.
